TERMS AND CONDITIONS

HOLIDAY INN PACKAGE

  • Valid for travel until 30 June 2008
  • All travel must be completed by 30 June 2008
  • Valid for sale until 16 June 2008

THE PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDES:

  • Return economy class airfare with Viva Macau, Sydney-Macau-Sydney.
  • All taxes and fuel surcharges associated with the air portion.
  • 3 nights twin share accommodation, based on a Sunday departure and a Hotel stay Sunday to Wednesday. If single accommodation required, or any Hotel stay other than Sunday to Wednesday, then package will need to be re-quoted.
  • Buffet breakfast daily
  • Return shuttle bus transfers airport-hotel-airport
  • Government taxes and service charges associated with the Hotel accommodation.

THE PACKAGE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • Food, drinks, pillows, blankets, and head sets on board Viva Macau flights. These are paid for on board.
  • Any other meals other than breakfast.
  • Any other incidental expenses at the Hotel.
  • Any other service or feature not shown above.

GENERAL NOTES/CONDITIONS:

  • Public Holiday and/or blackout periods may apply. On these dates, the Hotel rate and therefore also the package price may be higher. You will be advised of this at the time of quotation.
  • This package is non refundable once paid for. Changes of departure dates, changing of passenger names is not permitted.
  • Hotel stay may not be split. The 3 nights must run consecutively.
  • Extension of stay after departure is at the discretion of Viva Macau (Australia). If approval is given, then the passenger will need to pay the Hotel directly for the extra night(s), and the Hotel is entitled to charge their regular room rate. This rate may not be the same as the rate paid for the existing nights. Viva Macau (Australia) will charge an amendment fee of $50 per person per change, subject to seats being available on the alternative date required.
  • Jetglobe Travel, NSW Travel Agent license 2TA 0570, is the appointed wholesale division of Viva Macau (Australia).
  • Any incidental expenses must be paid by passenger on their own account. The Hotel may ask for passengers credit card on check in as a guarantee against incidental expenses. Failure to provide guarantee suitable to the Hotel may result in you being refused check in.
  • Passengers must be in possession of a valid passport, and any visas where necessary. It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure their passport is valid and current, and to determine if a visa is required. Viva Macau will not be held responsible should you fail to do so.
  • Viva Macau (Australia) (herein referred to as ‘The Company') reserves the right to change the hotel accommodation for reasons, including but not limited to, factors outside our control. In this event the alternative hotel offered will be of an equivalent or higher standard to the one shown. Advice will be given to the passenger as soon as possible in this event. Should the passenger not accept this, then full refund will be paid provided the services have not yet been used.
  • It is the passengers responsibility to familiarize themselves with any health requirement applicable in the country(ies) that they are travelling to.
  • This accommodation is arranged by ‘The Company' and the name/s shown in the itinerary is/are herein referred to as ‘The Supplier'.
  • ‘The supplier' operates in accordance with laws and standards set down by their local authorities. ‘The Company' believes ‘The Supplier' to be reputable, however this booking is therefore subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of ‘The Supplier' in respect to liability, and service provided. ‘The Company' strongly recommends that passengers take out adequate travel insurance for their stay.
  • ‘The Company' does not own or have control over the actions of ‘The Supplier', so therefore will not be held liable for any loss due to negligence or other reasons by ‘The supplier' or representatives thereof.
  • ‘The Company' has made the reservation with and intends to make full payment to ‘The Supplier' and intends to present a voucher as representing confirmed services and payment, as advised by ‘The Supplier'. ‘The Company' will not be held liable should ‘The Supplier' fail to provide any service shown on the voucher.
  • All travel is subject to the Conditions of carriage on www.flyvivamacau.com.au.
